DKW Monza specs

It's only I've learned about this amazing little performance Car of AUDI engineered by DKW. All I can say is....impressive! You see this Car rivals Porsche's 356 speedsters of the later day....a perfect match against it...to bad it wasn't more documented with a full competition history. I shall dig 4 the results on it racing past efforts. I've ordered 3 models in 1:43 scale & will build them into class racing cars of the decade to match my growing collection of world racing cars. Interesting, can't say I've ever heard of a car running a 2 stroke engine. What's the redline for this?

Also, it looks cool. Kinda reminds me of a Ginetta G4 or an old Porsche.

No. DKW (and Auto Union) was the precedessor of the Audi. Use the wikipedia.

Impressive little car, it looks alot like small 300SL. I always feel nostalgic about old 2 stroke cars, I\'ve seen one Wartburg 353W today, which is actually odd.

as underpowered this little car may look...in 1956 it set 5 world records at the race track in Monza Italy during a 72hours full throttle run in the class G up to 1.1liter displacement ..
