No it was designed to be somewhat like the Lister-Jaguar Knobby. An unbelievable racing car from the 1950s. It is a tubular space frame chassis with a carbon fiber body for aerodynamics. A Corvette motor and I think a Tremec gearbox. Custom suspension etc. Amazing setup. They have a 600 something and I think 700 something horsrpower version now as well. Rear weight bias. And I'm pretty sure the newer ones have a curb weight of only 2,050 lbs.
