There is a race version of it called Alpina B6 GT3.
It was very succesful in the European GT3.

Either the Nordschleife and the Hockenheim laptime was achieved in the 'sport auto Supertest'. With the axle alignment they noticed extreme differences to the serial tolerances which made it significantly faster on track.

Plus, the car was on semi-slicks this time.

They will test it on the Nordschleife, the next Supertest-car will be the B3 GT3 (in September) ;)

As far as I know they will re-test the car on the HHR with semi-slicks this time (PS Cup).
