no, it never get from 0 to 100 in 6.6 seconds. It is 6.9 for the real Cup with 1204 kg weight. The Lux Cup with 1240 kg reaches 100 from a standing start in 7.2 seconds.

The cup weight is actually 1204kg not the 1240 kg that the full fat version is. Power to weight will need altered to 166 also top speed is 141mph and 0 - 100 is 6.6 seconds on cup

U mean the new shape clio aswel i was talkin bowt 2001-2006 the production dates, obviousl cars are gunna get faster the more into the future we go, im not a fan of that clio i was thinking of the 182 cup

The top gear track time for clio is wrong. The \"real\" time is 1\'33.8\" ;)

You are right, especially the passing by shots make it hard to judge is they synchronised the time or not. I couldn\'t find an official TG time of this particular lap anywhere.

That makes for a 1min 27ish TG laptime!

There\'s too much editing and different camera angles in that video to use that video as an exact time.

Maybe this will cause a stir, but Top Gear posted a TG track video of the Clio RS III cup on their website. You can see the Stig starting at 08 seconds into the video and crossing the finish line at 1min 35ish (when he is at same height of cameraman, he crosses line). That makes for a 1min 27ish TG laptime! Pretty remarkable for such a tiny car if you ask me.

@ type r mugen, no, this car has an N/A high-rev engine. The Twingo RS isn't turbocharged either. ;-)

is this car turbocharged like the twingo rs and megane rs?

Sachsenring Time is wrong!!! It belongs to the normal Clio RS. The Cup Version has not been tested on Sachsenring.

have deleted the Clio Cup and added the Anglesey National laptime here...this is the car they have driven around the track in exactly the same color... silly name claiming at Clio versions
