I'd take the M5 definitely. M5 F10 and Jaguar XFR-S are probably the best saloons on the current market, IMO. These two cars have everything to love: impressive looks, high-quality ride, practical and perform like the hell... Just pity Jaguar doesn't provide manual gearbox...

Id take it over the S8, Just looks better, Normally id go with a manual, but in this type of car, i could care less.
The M5 is possibly my 2nd fav 4-door car ever, And unlimited both the S8 and M5 will past 200Mph, And the Panamera Turbo S certainly doe not "Kill It Like Crazy" and from a Roll a Panamera Loses.and the newere Panamera Turbo S against the M5 Competition should be good. But i think the M5 is the better bargain for price.
