Thats because the gtr is too shitty to improve (as proven with the spec-v)

By the way, bet if Porsche bought a V spec and tried to better Nissan's R35 time of 7.26 around the ring they couldn't do it. Then we can all call porsche sore looses hu?
Know why nissan won't run the V spec around the ring? Becuase it will take another year or two to set it up, mod it up etc etc and may not even be able reach the r35's 7.26 time. Then we can all see what a load of toss Nissan was spinning at us.

V spec double the price than a GT-R, so the v spec should cop all the " better at half the cost" crap like all that I read when comparing porsche's etc etc.

the gtr has a better gear ratios in a higher gear to achieve 310 kph or 192 mph. gtr vspec achieve 305 kph or 180 mph. and the only difference i see here is nissan configured the gear ratios to achieve a fast start, better than the normal gtr, to do so, they slower the ratio in the higher gears. that 0.3 seconds gained from 0-100 kph or 0-62 mph is because of that extra power from the gear ratios re-configuration. anyway nice effort from nissan.

Even so, the numbers are not that far off, and even if the spec-v was a second faster in every category, thats alot of pesos for that little change???

If those stats are correct, why hasnt that 0-124mph/0-200kmh time ben changed to 10.8? just look at the trap speed of the 1/4 mile.

there is a simple reason why the basic is on paper faster, we put the best ever tested numbers of a vehicle online, the basic GT-R was simple much more tested all around the world and here you see only the best numbers reach during the tests. The V-spec isn´t tested widely so far so there are only very limited numbers avaible... if more tests are done the numbers get corrected..

Actually if you have watched GTChannel or Edmunds you can clearly see that the SpecV Out Accelerates the Base GT-R in every category, i believe those times of there for acceleration was donr by Evo Magazine, And Not very good ones to boot. and as far as that Tsukuba time, that SpecV lap was done in the Wet, (I Believe). so stickier tyres better suspension, better brakes, lighter, more tracked tuned, and slower you say? lol...dont think so, even American magazine Road&Track got 7.3 to 100mph as the Base had ben tested to 7.7 to 100mph by Car&driver, If you dont believe me your welcome to look at the link i left on the SpecV page. And this also produces more downforce and grip than the base, and also beats it in the slolom and skidpad, so do you really think it would be slower with all those upgraded materials? and double the price at $160,000 compared to the base's $80,000?, not too mention an eye watering $50,000 set of brakes.

The Spec V is lighter than the normal GT-R so it is not planted as well and does not have as much grip.
The Spec V does not have launch control which makes it slower on acceleration tests.

Are you so stupid as to deny the facts that are presented RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU?
LMFAO! I guess you are. "Don't listen to those stats up there." What do you what me to do, make up stats in my head? ROFL! Quit being so ****ing stupid.

if you really believe the SpecV is slower, than you REALLY are a retard, why would it be slower with everything being much better? point is it IS, dont listen to those stats up there, learn to think for youself, with reason.
