Deffinitely. Im looking at moving up to a 350z anyway Apathy. Its the availability of off the shelf modifications, mass amounts of torque over the 8, the roar of a V6.
Looking forward to it!

Andrew, unfortunately for you, the RX8 is just too underpowered to really be competitive, even on a roadcourse.
While the RX8 handles well and is easy to drive, it still doesn't have much grip with its skinny tires.
You beat the driver most likely.
The 350z isn't much better, but still consistently faster than an RX8.

All im going to say, is that on the road, My RX8 pulled away from the 350z I was having fun with. He caught on the straight but in the corners it just could carry that speed through.
That and having a 3.5ltr V6 to power it with 295bhp is alot better than the RX8. Believe it or not most RX8's run at 190 bhp on the 231 models. No way near the '231psi/228bhp' claimed.
