Just as a footnote, there are no 2013MY Mclarens available till october,so this car is the old spec 592hp one,so im assuming with the new quicker gearbox and 25hp more it should be quicker still.
And all cars get the upgrade FOC

I said that because the GT-R II did 1:36.35, so i thought that could be more than a second quicker, but again, i was wrong :p

@Lambo
Any car can handle 700bhp given the right tools, and also be comfortable, But doesnt mean ppl have to go Power Crazy, And being slower doesnt mean there going to be left behind, The Average Consumer, which is just about everyone in the world, doesnt care if there car has 700Bhp, I dont think anybody would buy a car for simply big power, but then again, most people who have these cars have more money then sense. (Hence Veyron Owners) Not too mention Lambo Owners could care less how fast there Aventador is around a track, Acceleration numbers draw them in more then anything else, I wouldnt care with this car.
And Ferrari says there F12 is there fastest car...but i have some doubts about that, just like they said about there 599 GTO..(But hell it could be

If it can easily handle 700+hp and still be controllable and fun to drive and safe then why not. And its always exciting to see quicker cars set up quicker laptimes. If they are not going to make their car faster, they will just get left behind by others, simple as that. The F12 is proof of that, its even more powerful than the Aventador yet its wonderful to drive.

The GT-R isnt faster then the Aventador, it will keep up definetly, but isnt faster.
And im nt sure faster is always better, seems nowadays thats all people care about, there is such thing as TOO much power, and really, 700Bhp isnt enuff?...for who? The Hulk?

1:35.0
I was sleepy, but i knew that i wasn't alusinating lol
U guys think that the Mclaren or the GT-R would be quicker?
Do your bets ;)
I'm thinking in 1:34.X for the GT-R
Same thing 4 the MP4-12C

Well with 700bhp DSG 4wd, the times not gonna be slow, handles nice and looks nice, price isnt (So) bad, but i thought it was a Big hike from the Murcielago.
And to be honest, is there een a need for a :Faster" Model? I mean honsetly..
And what were the brake issues? Fade or just not workng properly?
And id still like to know where that 10.2s 1/4 mile time came from?
E 13y ago
Brake issues. Still, time is good, I didn't expect it to beat the ACR, but it looks like it would take anything else.

I thought a lot quicker because it has some impressive results at other tracks like hockenheim, but u'r right, Aventador is quicker at tracks that requires a quick exit from corners, not as Laguna Seca, at track who punish cars with understeer.
BR2, 13y ago
Too be honest i dont think it could be "Alot" quicker, quicker yes, but not by much, as the same from every car.
