Looks good, But i think GM is getting WAY too cocky with there prices, They have Sored in recent years, For profits that may be good, But for a consumer thats not, And that leads to them going to the competition....If there lower.

XTS Vsport competition

Well, Its kinda hard to argue with that, But, For 64k Usd, There are some contenders, The Acura RLX 55k, The Infiniti Q70 64k, But i think THE best or closest contender for interior per price, Is the C63 AMG, Starts at 64k also, Other then that IMO theres prety much nothing that will touch a Cadillacs interior today, Price or not.
But i dont see this turning heads lol

Best interior for the price and 32.2 mpg on multiple hour drives with Adaptive Cruise Control set at 65 mph....with AWD! I can't say enough how nice it is to drive this can I bought used used XTS Vsport Platinum with 40,000+ miles on it. Not only does it drive nice but it turns heads at every corner.
Now with ecu tune via HPTuners the torquebis up to 530+ lb-ft. It can spin the tires anywhere from 50-70 when punching it!

410 horsepower and all-wheel-drive!? Finally! Now let's put an original Lamborghini Gallardo or Murcielago at the dragstrip, and this'll launch the heck out of these poorly-launched Lambos to around 60 kph.
Under VEF320,000 and proud of it.

Well, this car does actually exists. Car'n'Driver tested it:
http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/2014-cadillac-xts-vsport-test-review
0-60 mph - 5.2 sec;
0-100 mph - 12.4 sec;
¼-mile - 13.6@105;
Limited top speed - 137 mph.
Honestly, for a 410-hp saloon that performance is just slow... Where is my Bimmer?...
