I would say that lap time is a little bit too optimistic. Around 8:15-8:20 is more realistic. An E63 M6 and this one are around the same on most tracks. The M6 is probably around 10 seconds quicker at this track.

However, that's really tested result.
Mk I Vantage was quite an impressive being just a bit slower on tracks than contemporary Corvette and Carrera S.

Yeah, I guess, when you consider the run-flat tires on the Vette and the understeering of the rear-engine platform in the 911. But those cars are still about a second quicker through a 1/4-mile. This one does it in 13.6 on average.
