911 Carrera 4S competition

no the 996 Carrera4 S was 320PS...
unlike some other Porsche S models the 996 Carrera 4S has not more power than the normal Carrera 4... it only shared the wide body with the Turbo and the Turbo suspension plus the Porsche ceramic brakes come stock with the 4S...
there was a optional factory engine upgrade to 345PS for all 996 models with the 320hp engine... for the early 996 models the engine upgrade kit was lifting the power from 300PS to 320PS.
Porsche offeres for nearly all models engine upgrade kits straight from factory..

Not correct stock brakes were the same steel drilled discs and red calipers as in the stock turbo, pccb are optional on both 996 4S and TT (yellow calipers). Cheers !
