Subaru presented at NY auto show its new WRX Concept:
It looks quite cool. I wish it already went series. Like a successor of its true rally first predecessors. The current III generation looks unstylish and boring, IMO, and I wish it already was changed to this combination of a rally-fighter and muscle car.
I don't know what Subaru is waiting for. They a "new" generation of Impreza for 2 years already, but WRX line is still a III generation. I hope the new WRX STI will be cool not only exteriorly.. if it just will go...

Correction for the above. The 2008 only had 224hp. It didn't come with 261hp until 2009.

195kW/343Nm (261hp/265ps & 253ftlbs). Also its a flat-4 not a flat-6.
0-100km/h 5.70 sec, 1/4 mile 13.76 @ 165.3km/h courtesy of Motor magazine (AUS) issue Jan 09. Oh and its 1370kg.
