are there any rules against brass era (~1900-~1935) cars/motorcycles? because the ford model A & model T are on here, but the old Porsche-lohners were taken down. for context, I found out that ariel used to make motorcycles from 1901-1969.

250-260 km/h sounds possible to me.

This wont do 170Mph, 300Bhp is barely enuff, but more importantl its Aerodynamics are not good, All those exposed open body panels, open tyres for more rolling resistance, and its aggressive gearing, i even doubt it would do past 155Mph.

@ PeterN: 1,100 LB curb weight and almost 300 horsepower, this little beastie will do it. Driving this at those speeds would be either really fun, or really frightening, depending on who you are and how big your cajones are.

I think the top speed is 170 MPH, I'll bet this car is a little handful.

Have (the one who posted Laguna Seca lap time) got any proof that you really did that lap time (video or pictures)? Do you own an Ariel Atom? If so feel free to register in our forum to share some experances.
