yeah, but tbh i did expect the alfa to do a lot worse especially compared to a camaro, anyway me and james would take the alfa over the camaro

Well, for the price of this Camaro you could buy probably 5 Alfas, in European used car market.

The acceleration is fairly close. However the extra 500 or so pounds of the Alfa Romeo shows up in lap times. That is a relatively slow Hockenheim kurz lap time for the Brera, quite slow compared to the Camaro. I would prefer the lighter Camaro for track duty.

It's like comparing a Silverado 1500 Turbo with a 2500 6.6 Gasser, even though they may be similar in power-to-weight ratio.

yeah, for reference the 2 litre Audi TT got round Hockenheim in 1:18.80 and that has 60 hp less, simply faster cuz it weighs more then 1000 lbs less
