I will be the one to admit that the SRT 392 is a little bit faster than the Daytona 392 and R/T Scat Pack but underadvertised at the same "level" as the Daytona and Scat Pack to avoid any disappointments. Some SRTs make less, but the best bone stock ones make around 540. This niche was created to fill the gap between a Daytona 392 and an SRT Hellcat.
Even though it isn't a Hellcat-full, it is a Hellcat-lite. It can even beat the BMW M5 and AMG E63 on the track; the Hellcat is on the level of M5 Competition Package and AMG E63 S-Model. Natural aspiration really helps the 392 stay fast and stable around the circuit, though. Scat Packs and Daytona Apaches can only hang with 550i and E550 at best due to lower BMEP and a softer suspension, and softer (or should I say, smaller?) brakes.
