It isn't. It's a production car, produced between 1972 and 1975. And according to 196ss it has a laptime.

Where does the weight data come from? 641 kg seems to be to heavy for the Fiat 500. The base Fiat 500 is 470 kg. I don't think it's 170 kg heavier because of a little bigger engine.
I find 525 kg.
