Mustang Bullitt competition

Auto Bild Sportscars say 460 horsepower. Is that a nerfed version for Europe?

The new Bullitt. It's already available in the US so I've writen 2018 as year of introduction.
Changes compared to the GT:
- upgraded engine (better intake manifolds, larger throttle bodies, open air box from the Shelby GT 350) which make it stronger at higher rpm, max power increased by 20 HP, max torque hasn't changed)
- better Brembo brakes
- performance tires
- stiffer suspension
- top speed is limited at 163 mph not 155 mph
- only transmission is the 6 speed manual, no automatic option
