I had one the car pictured and it had an electronic governor at 107mph. My version also had a 3 valve head. Chassis had awesome potential but motor was useless.

The 169 PS version of the 180 SX can do 220 km/h.
155 HP is enough for 210-215 km/h, maybe 225 km/h but this means very long gear ratios screwing the acceleration.
