Those numbers were for the c12 s actually, the 8.2 0-100 mph and 12.1 1/4 mile… the rest like the 4.2 0-60 and 186 top speed are accurate though .. but 0-100 was around 9.2 not 8.2, 1/4 mile around 12.5-12.6

Perhaps the original boutique hypercar? That kind of thing isn't as focused on performance as it is on exclusivity. It's especially noticeable with later Zonda variations like the 760 series where nearly every example is a one-off special edition of some sort (the price of which usually nears the GDP of a very small country rather than a car).

The Pagani Zonda is THE only car that can remotely compare in concept to the 1960s and continuation-series Shelby Cobra. 6.0 vs 260/289, and 7.0/7.3 vs 427. The Huayra and Utopia do not have manual transmissions as standard, and they feel a bit more luxurious anyway.

Also the correct 0-100mph is 9.2, do you really believe that a ~400hp car even thought being ~3000lbs will reach 0-100mph that fast?
oh and the 4.2 is to 60mph
