That lap was with Michelin PSS and not Cup2. So it isn‘t really representing the capabilities of the M2C

Not really impressive. That GT3 was from almost 20 years ago and not only did it have way less hp and way less torque, tires technology is exponentially better currently.
As for new cars, a 718 GTS runs 7:40 with only 365 hp.
