I thought it was placed vs M3 RS4?
For BMW M5 Mercedes E63 or Audi RS6 it is extrem short in power.. M5 and E63
over 500hp and RS6 580hp..

In terms of size it is more similar to BMW M5 (and it has four doors). In terms
of speed, however, it will struggle to keep up with M3 or RS4. Not to mention
M5.
Btw - this car has 8 speed gearbox :D

| yes, an 8 speed gearbox... which is unecessary

In theory, 8 speed gearbox should give some advantage in performance. Gears can
be shorter while maintaining the same degree of fuel economy. Because of these
"shorter" gears engine has more time to spin at the perfect rev range
(power-band) while accelerating hard.

| When you try to copy the real thing you never grt any respect as all japanese
cars are built to copy all german cars. I at least give credit to the old nsx by
honda for trying to create their own.

| Bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it doess 0-60mph in 4.7secs a car that wiegh's 3800LBS
and has less than 450bhp cant accelerate that fast.hell the lambo gallardo has
500hp and is 300LBS lighter than the lexus is-f and it doess 0-60mph in 4.5sec.

Thats 0-62 in 4.7 as tested by Autozeitung so 0-60 would be closer to 4.5 as
matched by the E92 and E90 M3s.

| Lexus is know where near as good as bmw or audi.infact lexus is just a fancy
luxury brand of toyota so people think it's not any other toyota i think lexus
is allright but i have heard nonsense on this sight about it beating an m6.evan
in top gear magazine i heard a stupid sentance "this will give the m3 a work
out" no the m3 will smoke the is-f.maybe the is-f that lexus make's can compete
with a bmw 5 serie's but not an m5 or any thing like that.I would have any bmw
over any lexus any day.

Adam everyone has on opinion but try driving some of these cars (how old are
you?)..... I own an M3 and I've driven the IS-F and it most certainly does give
the BMW a run for its money. Ultimately the M3 is the better car but for some
its so close that the IS-F is worth considering as a purchase.
