I understand, but ive seen lots of performance specs wich were even worse in comparing to the factory specs. So do they also change the specs if it is worse?
If a magazine or other publication records a faster time than the MFR, then the MFR time is replaced with the quicker time.
incorrect compairing to the specs of the factory.

I find that hard to believe, but I guess anything is possible given the right conditions and driver. Then again, Walter Rohrl set the Porsche's time. Something stinks, but I could be wrong. They don't exactly have any reason to fudge their results though.
And even Prof. Burkhard Göschel was a little flabbergasted.
BMW M5 time is 7:52. around the Nordschleife.
“I've added a time for the Nordschleife, here: http://www.rhein-main.net/sixcms/detail.php/5rmn01.c.1879435.de?topic_id=731907 .
The time is 7:52. ”
I don't understand a word of German. A little help, Georg?
European cars the best...
The time is 7:52.
