Koenigsegg CC8S Top Speed?😲

Based on transmission losses @ secret.

220MPH needs 449hp
230MPH needs 510hp
240MPH needs 579hp~ within 1.22% of transmission losses. Easy to work out!

Koenigsegg claim 240MPH for the CC8S on their website. Accounting for aerodynamics and frictional forces this is a PASS from Sexy Metrics.😉

This actually is my favourite Koenigsegg. I thought it could be CCR but the horsepower levels started getting too high. This is too high but it needed to be more powerful that something else. LOL! No names.

But I'll take a look it again, I mean the scans finally arrived via Autocar they have already covered the figures so that's alright, so top speed we can look at too.

And Pagani and Koenigsegg make right hand drive cars. Bugatti Veyron forwards never did.🤔

0 - 130 mph in 12.5 secs, but quarter mile runs in 10 secs at 135.5mph. It has no sense...

THIS is the one I first Loved! LOL! I read about it in Autocar and Motor and they definitely tested it. It was also on Top Gear! I knew it was BLACK and I absolutely remember the wheels!
