Just another reason why US-spec "European" cars are a hunk of trash. The ZR1 either supposedly beat the SVJ or was super-close to it on most tracks. Even a Camaro SS 1LE did it in 22.9 seconds on the figure-8 track. American engineering isn't as cool as people think. The ZR1 could only do 7:04 at best around the 'ring, and that was at its maximum potential. The Viper ACR was quicker because it had a shorter wheelbase and produced extra downforce, but it was still much slower than the GT3 RS of its time, let alone the GT2 RS. The SVJ (and its Performante brother) and AMG GT Black Series were at least properly engineered to dominate the track within a year of each lap record set at that particular track.

This comparison is much more fair than people think. Both are medium-weight non-turbocharged supercars with over 700 horsepower. From 30-100mph the Corvette ZR1 has a slight advantage over a US-spec Aventador SVJ actually... 6.1-1.4 is better than 5.8-0.9.
I do agree that the ZR1 has no chance against an EU-spec SVJ though. It definitely doesn't have a chance against a 488 Pista, AMG GT Black, or especially the 765LT.
The ZR1 will have a chance against a US-spec Aventador or any Huracán.

Aren't they gonna do another lap or sth?
They said they would do another lap with Aventador SV on Trofeos but it never happened

The little ****ing C7 ZR1 doesn't has a chance with SVJ. SVJ keeps up with 812 in a roll.

Well 400k car being beated on the track by a 200k car isnt a good signal
