This is the two Duesenbergs created for speed for the rich if you wanted more luxury you got an extended wheelbase version... Also I meant Mormon meteor in my last comment...

Ok, the duesenberg officially called supercharger shortened wheelbase model J or also called SSJ, has 400 bhp, and was shortened to 125" long only two were created both roadsters. The morning meteor I, not III, was an SJ, supercharged model J with regular wheelbase of 142.5", but with a lot of special parts put on for racing. So it was a racing version and it was a little faster than the 2 SSJ's but they were the next fastest Duesenbergs ever produced and have 400 bhp and a top speed of over 160 mph and we're the fastest street cars of their time...

Only "Mormon Meteor" racing version that can reach 160 mph. The fastest road legal Duesenberg is Walker Coupe

to my understanding not the normal body Duesenberg models reached that topseed they used Special-bodied models, such as the later "Mormon Meteor" chassis to reach the topseeds... with 400hp and the shape of the chinese wall and the weight of a small tank a 3speed gearbox 160mph are extrem optimistic even with 400hp

This car is known for luxury not speed. This car deserves to be in here more than many others.I'm not exactly sure on the price but I seen one in Canada for more than $1.5 million U.S.

I doubt this car feels like a 400hp car but what an accomplishment for a 1930's car.

I do know what Dusenbergs are. Apparently not very well. :D

I didn't expect it to be 400 hp! I expected it to be more like 180 - 250 hp.
