Damn I think my 2015 Cadillac Escalade 8 speed with a tune might go heads it

there is no third gen lightning (except for the electric crew cab) and the main pic is wrong

Yes it was "rated" at 380hp but it actually made close(r?) to 500hp. Supercharged AND based on the Cobra R engine?! Lol.. that's why C&D and MT got 102-104mph trap speeds.
Ford did that on purpose to avoid taking sales away from the Mustang.
Ford's "new" F-150 5.0 regular cab short box weighs 4100-4200 lbs and makes 400hp... it does 13.9-14.1@103mph...

My estimations for Ford F-150 SVT Lightning (2001-2004):
5.9 sec (to 60 mph)
13.2 sec (to 100 mph)
14.1 sec @ 105 mph (to 1/4-mile from dead stop)
13.1 sec @ 103 mph (dragstrip)
145 mph (top speed)
25.9 sec @ 0.75 G (Motor Trend's figure-8 test track)
9:29 (Nurburgring Nordschleife, 20.6km)
1:28 (Top Gear test track, Power Lap)

In what world does a 5.4 0-60 translate to a 1/4-mile time of 15.2 seconds at ANY trap speed? Especially 104 mph!?

this is the ''lost 3rd gen'' its a 500hp and 480-540lb-ft version from 2005-2008. the 2nd gen (most common) from 99-01 it was 360hp and 440lb-ft and from 01-04 it was 380hp and 450lb-ft - 2nd gen engine was based off the mustang svt cobra r which was 385hp and 380lb-ft... the truck packed more torque.
id love to see a super pickup 1 mile drag... this lost 3rd gen vs tundra trd sc... new raptor the new rebel trx vs dodge ram srt-10. all super pickups over 500hp, if ive missed any let me know!

The Ford F150 is the best selling truck in America, the best selling vehicle in America, as a matter of fact. The Ford F-Series pick ups have been the best selling trucks for about 40 years, and over the past few years, pick up trucks have outsold every other type of vehicle in the U.S. It is a decent truck, but I'll take my Dodge any day, its reliability can't be surpassed.
