Please change year of introduction to 1999.
https://www.edmunds.com/lincoln/continental/1999/review/
0-60 mph supposedly came in 8 seconds flat and the 1/4-mile was done in just 16 seconds at 88.5 mph. However, these were very conservative estimates by the Ford Motor Company.

A slightly less powerful (MY1998) version was tested with a 1/4-mile time of 15.6 seconds at 94 mph, in addition to the 0-60mph sprint time of 7.5 seconds. Back then, American magazines did not subtract using rollout.

EDIT: I just found an acceleration video for the 2001 model, which is suitable for this page. Sadly, there isn't an official timed figure, but I clocked the 0-60 time at 6.7 seconds (+/- 0.2s). I always include the rollout, so this is a true 0-60 time.

This was the Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat of its time.
Forget the Ford Taurus SHO, this one packed the most power out of any DN5-platform car.
While the Buick Park Avenue Ultra, Cadillac DeVille DTS / Seville STS, and Oldsmobile Aurora V8 all were based on a full-size platform, the Lincoln Continental InTech was based on a midsize platform, with improved dynamics and aesthetics compared to its GM competitors.
Most importantly, the InTech engine used in the Continental midsize sedan was detuned from the Ford Mustang SVT Cobra, which was a super-muscle car. The Cobra had to use 93 octane to deliver 320 hp, while the Continental had to use 87 octane only. Continental was underrated at 275 hp to avoid vastly overlapping with the Mustang GT rated at 260 hp. If you put 93 octane in the Continental, you might get 305 hp if you're lucky.
