But that engine is probably based on 968 as the whole car (the Ultimate). CTR is custom chassis, they could have used any Porsche engine, including the current engine from Turbo S.

The Ultimate's engine is air-cooled. RUF hasn't said anything about this car's engine other than it is flat 6 and biturbo yet hostboy has writen 24 valves.

Who said that this car is aircooled? Maybe I missed it. But I would assume it's modern Porsche engine they are using... or are they...

BTW, where the information comes from about the engine? Is it truly 24 valves? Because the RUF Ultimate also has a 3.6 litres twinturbo engine and that is air-cooled and only has 2 valves per cylinder. Does this car has a different engine or the upgraded version of the Ultimate's engine?
