The Bugatti actually did 18.2 at the VW test track in 2006(Autocar 8/11/06), so the Ruf is damn close and quicker than the new Lamborghini Aventador or McLaren Mp4-12C over that discipline...oh and its 7.7 secs faster than a Ferari 599GTB (see same issue of autocar!)

The Veyron does it in close to 17 seconds, but this car is probably one of the fastest street legal cars that doesn't cost more than 500,000E.
