But I can't submit any changes of torque, mass, gearbox........

do not write the numbers in the message box... click under the main picture "ad perfromance numbers"
there you can add all perfromance numebrs you like to see... but don´t forget to add a link to a source to check the claims...
everytime a admin check the daily added perfromance numbers they will show up after they get confirmed..

Btw, I don't think it will do 24 sec to 200.... Audi TT 2.0 (211 hp, 350 Nm) goes faster to 100 and has more torque, while weighing less, so I don't think GTI will go faster to 200.
Furthermore, I think times of standard GTI are totally wrong. 0.9 sec. slower to 100 mph (compared to TT), but then only 1.0 sec. slower to 200 kmh? No way, unrealistic. ~ 28 sec. would be ok.

0-200km in 13.7 top speed 236 kmh
