that "thing" on top of the engine is no turbo and it is nothing to cool the engine... that are two airboxes each for one cylinder row

thats a Murielago engine the velocity stacks end in that airbox sitting on top of the engine..the four black pipes feed the airbox with fresh air coming from the airfilters..

i think murchielago has two big things in the top of engine...people get fooled think those are turbos..those things are just for the cool of engine

i know, its very suprising how they managed to get nearly 2 tons around the ring that fast.

very heavy car, handles suprisingly well.

it was stock, and thats not the only video of a stock murcie going 219mph either.

on youtube theirs a video of a murcielago lp640 going 219 mph.
i'm not sure if it was stock or not but their was nothing saying it was stock on the video

just saw the top gear lap, it was quite damp, maybe it could've gone a bit quicker. and yes other cars may match this performance, but it wont be a lambo, what are the people paying for :) but still the closer a car is to a go-kart the farther ahead it will be in front of cruisers, which are already pulling your head off in the corners!!

As other companies proved these numbers can be matched at a fraction of the price with some of the other cars outhandleing the lambo. Without making a bold statement with the next car, lambo will dissapear .........

LP640 do 0-100 km/h for 3.4 sec!
LP670-4 SV do it for 3.2 sec.
Just Murcielago - 3.8 sec.

for some reason i doubt most of you realize how amazing the reventon is!! its not just a sharpened lp640, no! they are not lying when they say an enzo looks average compared to that going by!!

And I've just thought of another example you could be a better Artist than Picasso but if you sold a painting you would get nowhere near $1m for your panting but a Picasso would it's probably not worth it as all it is is some canvas and oil but ud b buying a piece of history. It happens whether u think it's right or wrong lambo are right to price the reventòn so highly for one good reason. People will pay it

I don't think u really understand the principle when people bought the reventòn they felt they were buying a piece of history and whether u think it is right or wrong it will never depreciate so yes you could take your lambo to a coachbuider (not a customiser, they make cars look naff) and have an individual car but it won't be the same as buying a real colectors item

who gives a shit if they made 20. they could have made 10 and it STILL wouldnt be worth the rediculous price of $1,360,000, n F####ng way, collectors item, HOMOlogation,Specialty,One-Off, doesnt matter, LamborGhini was wrong for the way they priced that, shit, take a LP640 to that PimpMyRide show in America and they can do that shit for $100,000, AND youd be the only one to have it. all im saying is its HIGHLY overpriced, the Veyron is one thing but the Reventon..So Sad.
