 "It suddenly went error" - What error? Never mind anyway. I just made sure
every-thing's alright with this car. Actually this is the first time I hear
about Gallardo LP560. It's surprising news for me!

 This car MUST be faster than Nissan GT-R. It is lighter, stronger, mid-engine,
also 4wd, and new one. No more excuses for Lamborghini

| The Gallardo Superleggera is already faster then the GT-R.
Lambo never made any excuses, the Gallardo was allready on the market since
2003.

| The Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 has a curb weight of 1500 kg and a dry weight
of 1410 kg (2003 - 2007 Lamborghini Gallardo has a curb weight of 1520 kg and a
dry weight of 1430 kg; the Lamborghini Gallardo Superlegerra has a curb weight
of 1420 kg and a dry weight of 1330 kg). How can all its liquids (120 liters) be
worth a massive 190 kg? Its liquids should only be worth 90 kg. The Ferrari 430
Scuderia has a dry weight of 1250 kg and a curb weight of 1350 kg which means
all its liquids (more than 120 liters because it has a bigger fuel tank the
Gallardo) is worth 100 kg.

| Well the weight of the GAllardo has been tested at 1620kg, they stated that this
one was 20kg lighter, so...

| They said in he press release that this one was 10 seconds faster on the
nurburgring then the Superleggera.

| Possible, but not very probable. Niche versions are always quicker, just have a
look at M3(e46)CLS vs. M3 e92.

 amdbs is right in the new Autozeitung they claim 1500kg curb weight... BTW the
engine of this LP560-4 is a updated version of the Audi S8 V10.

| Change the curb weights of the standard Gallardo, the Gallardo SE and the
Gallardo Superleggera. BTW, the standard Lamborghini Gallardo had 2 power
outputs (500 hp for the 2003-2005 model and 520 hp for the 2006-2007 model), are
those posted lap times were all done by the 500 hp model or both the 500 hp
model and the 520 hp model?

| Anonymous it was.. it was faster as the GT-R in best motoring 1/4mile test and
it was faster at the Tsukuba 5 lap battle.. pretty easy passed the GT-r on the
short start finish straight and put distance between ..

| well the gtr beat the superleggera was in the 1/4 mile by .2 by 2 mph and 0-100
by .2 by motortrend and beat it at the ring by by secs 7:29 to 7:46 pretty big
gap id say but i understand it really depends on the driver to and good enuff
shifts.

 I kind of doubt the GT-R beating the Superlaggera to the 1/4 mile, thats a big
gap, even though the GT-R has launch control the Superlaggera would catch up by
then.

| its true the gtr does beat the superleggera in the 1/4 mile its in car and
driver not motor trend the gallardo does 0-60 in 3.5 0-100 7.9 1/4 11.7@123 &
the gtr does 0-60 3.2 0-100 7.7 1/4 11.5@125 i have that issue see for yourself.
but yes the gallardo would catcha up to it after about 140..

| Lambo don't do track cars this is marketed at people who want a lambo not a
track car if you do buy this as a track car you have bought the wrong car

| the Gallardo Superleggera beat the GT-R clearly in the first best motoring
Tsukuba battle.. the Superleggera had absolutly no problem to overtake the GT-R
on the short start finish straight and drive out of sight.. the reason why best
motoring did a rematch for the GT-R ..the old Gallardo SE also beat during the
best motoring superbattle at Sugo the Nismo Skyline R34 Z-Tune in the time
attack run..
