People to this day, Or atleast quite alot still think the 250 GTO is THE best Ferrari ever made in every aspect, Even when you have great cars like the 458 and F12 and LaFerrari, Even being 50 years old today, Same with the Vette, thousands of people consider the C1 o C2 Stingray to be the best even when theres the C7 Stingray and C6 ZR1, And plenty more models of the latter for every car, So yes, Speed or technology doesnt make a car better.

On that level of performance it is not realy important which of these cars is faster because both cars Zr1 and 458 Speciale are very fast when we talk about straight line acceleration. I would say that they are even insanly and dangerously fast for very most drivers (for even good drivers, not saying about real pros obviously).
But technology is important. Better gearbox, suspension, handling, steering, general quality etc are important things. And they make a car better.

Is ver y simple. Lighter, more tecnológicas, raster gear box and f1 experience. Speciale is beter
