Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 SV vs Ferrari F12 TDF

Wtf. Sv takes 2.8 seconds from 0-100. It again takes 5.1 seconds from 100-200. Then 0-200 must be 7.9 est, how it's 8.5? And I doubt any tdf would do that in 7.9.

I saw Gordon Ramsays F12 today and it was glorious, It looked amazing, Really well done, Its just a pity this car wont be tested seriously because of some bs.

I don't mind when car companies tune their cars to get lap record but they should at least tell you what they did to the car no? Like the Nismo. They at least admitted they tuned up the car with 100k plus in performance to reach 7:08 number. I feel The sv had major upgrade in performance to reach below 7 minute time. Reason why i believe that is because it is inconsistent with other lap times.

I mean come on AWD with 740 Hp should give amazing results but the only amazing result was in the Nurburgring.

Most of the laptime at the ring are done by tuned cars,CGT,Enzo were all running on custom tires and some suspension tweaks when they set record laps.We see a lot of variation in 911 laptimes.

By the way comparing Huracan and Aventador is like comparing Gallardo and Murcielago while Murcielago is faster in straight line,Gallardo is faster around a track.Same applies for the new cars.

Aventador SV has been having pretty bland results for such a car: I mean come on AWD with 740 Hp should give amazing results but the only amazing result was in the Nurburgring. I am skeptical of Lambo, I think they used a modified SV or something like the GTR Nismo with N-Attack package. Not hating the SV, but it has under-performed on regular tracks. Huracan on the other hand is living up to what it is supposed to be, in fact it has been setting great lap times. There is also "not using Trofeo Rs" or "using Trofeo Rs" arguments being tossed around as well :/

I am a big fan of Mclaren,Lamborghini and Koenigsegg.About the drag race I would go with the one on the same day but we don't know the drag strip times to compare and also how the test was conducted.If you want an example see Veyron vs F1 drag race,do you guys seriously believe that F1 will be ahead of veyron from stand start?I don't.

As per Alexandro comment,I don't recall him ever saying he conducted 10 drag races but I do recall him saying SV can't do sub 7 at the ring.

lol no doubt? Alejandro's video they specifically said, for filming that film, they ran that race like 10 times, and the LT won every single time.

It's not "no doubt" when clearly there's evidence of the opposite.

So you are saying the drag race that happened in Salomodrin's video doesn't count? I'll believe a drag that happens on same day same time and with video evidence over motortrends "results".

675LT smoked the SV in Salomondrin's vid.

@Chanante It destroys the Sv because the Sv is not on track focused tyres on salamondrin's video. Salamondrin often does not make fair comparisons but like his videos though XD.

F12 is a GT car while the F12 TDF is the track version of it, so don't make silly assumptions (wait till it happens).
