Do not live in 1980s, Lambo use to be all show, no go, deal to reliability. Ferrari was not any better. Porsche was much more trackable car. But now, Lambo is under Audi. Consumer report told you Audi is the most reliable European car. The most demanding race, Lemans result told you Audi and VW group won 15 out of 16 years since year 2000. On the other hand. Ferrari is under Fiat, one of the most unreliable car in the world. Conclusion is simple, if you want a reliable, trackable real sport car, choose between Porsche, Lambo or Audi. If you want a show-off car with some trackability, and if you can afford the extremely high repair cost, get a Ferrari. Do not give me nonsense that Ferrari get better resell. Check it, price drop lower then Lambo when mileage get high. Simply no one wants a high mileage Ferrari. Not talking 100000miles. 50000 miles is too high already for a 15 years old Ferrari.

I'm amazed at the number of commentators who can't articulate a thought, punctuate a sentence, and don't know what words to capitalize.
You will most likely never own one of these high-priced cars you blog about if you don't "up" your personal game.
Start with speech and writing. It is one of the basics that create a good first impression.
Seriously.

ferrari will win straight line or track
it's got 605hp no way for this 911 to win just noooooooo waaaaaaaaay

Straight line acceleration doesn't mean anything! Those cars are focused on laptimes and driving pleasure. I bet GT3 will win easily against Ferrari. Any GT3 has always won against its Ferrari counterpart (CS, Scuderia, etc.). Story is always the same: Porsche is the best car to drive, and it doesn't depend from laptimes or straight line acceleration.
Afterall, considering power output difference, Porsche performances are very, very close to more powerful Ferrari's ones.

ferrari wont allow a proper head to head test cause they know their cars are slower
i bet a gtr would kill it too

@Saxy
458 is ore controlable and slides more beceause its mid engine car. People who drives both cars says that GT3 is stale but its not moving aound in fun and controlable fashion on corners.
So GT3 991 is more for pure lap times set.
458 Speciale is more of a track weapon to have fun and feel it when dive while too be able to set fast lap time. So its not pure lap time dedicated, its more dedicated for driver.
