Well maybe Maserati could put a 4l variant of their turbo diesel with a higher bhp/litre ratio in the Alfieri. Or someone here will never see a diesel supercar and that'd be too bad.
Maybe Lotus could make something like the Evora 410 but front wheel drive.
A Corvette with fwd and a high output version of their truck diesel would be something.

Audi had a diesel R8 prototype but scrapped it due to costs ...it even sounded good. The E350 and Maserati diesels are still the fastest but with less specific output.

Im no fan of Diesels, But i do like Cummins diesel engines, But what I want too see is both a Diesel Supercar and a Fwd supercar already

Currently this is the highest specific output single turbo diesel car. 194 PS from a 1950 ccm engine. Almost 100 PS/litre.
BTW displacement is 1950 ccm.

Pretty soon we will be seeing cars with 20 gears, Unless you have a huge Bhp output and a huge top speed, I dont see a point in having as many gears as alot of cars today, For the most part, 8 is enough, Hell more then enough, 10 should be the absolute maximum in a car. But all depending in what the car is for.

Once I add acceleration data, we'll see if those 9 gears will matter or not. It also has 4 more horsepower than competitors (wooooow :D)

9 gears for a car that can only do 130mph, is a bit over...

Too many gears, perhaps?

It's probably shifting like a truck. Except it surely does it much faster :D
