I've forgot to mention that this car is only for the Japanes market just like the S207 and the S208. Only 500 will be produced.

I dont see the point, Theres already the RA which is a waste of 50k, They take off the spoiler to make it plain, Yet faster in acceleration and depending on the upgrades a bit slower round a track(Doubt it though) And they make a few of them.
And its about damn time they gave the STI some REAL power, A 30bhp increase only since 2002? Bruh cmon

It has nothing to do with the RA. The RA is a special edition for the North American market with the 2.5 litres engine while this is a JDM only special edition with the 2.0 litres engine.

Near the end of production of this generation WRX STI Subaru is pumping out limited edition after limited edition.
This is the Type RA-R, even more radical and track-focused than the S208. Engine is the same as the S208, the car is 30 kg lighter. For the sake of weight reduction even the huge rear wing has been removed.
