3 more years and the sweet sweet R34 GT-R becomes legal, 2024, cant wait. I have already seen a motorex skyline in indiana before, but when it becomes legal I cannot wait! Already considering one, maybe the GTT or 25GT4 Turbo. it has the atessa AWD from the r34 but no rb26, rb25det, but seriously, I am going to go insane when this thing becomes legal. Gonna save 15k to get one of these bad boys, the grind is real. (before you say unrealistic price, just look it up GTT and 25GT4)

Change the Nürburgring time for 7.52 minutes. Previous time is a wet lap time.

User avatar

benedekpuskas  5y ago

Top speed is not 180km/h.

User avatar

kancho  6y ago

There is no official nurburgring time for r34, btw, r34 has overall improvements on aero, rigidity, and power. Why on earth would it be slower than its predecessor

User avatar

eleven  6y ago

This time is DEFINITELY fake. The R32 GTR did 8:22, no way an R34 is slower.

User avatar

hostboy  7y ago

This made 400 hp, not 276 hp. It ran the 1/4 mile in 13.2 sec at 111 mph

User avatar

hostboy  7y ago

Ah, they actually removed the 400m time

User avatar

Max73  8y ago

Is the nurburgring time right? I just did a 7:59 on gran turismo in a bone stock r34 gtr.

User avatar

Jim  8y ago

Only 7 more years 'til it's legal boys

User avatar

Griffin Duncan-Corey  8y ago

The Nurburging Time is 7.49 right?

User avatar

I think this is the coolest gtr produced by nissan and with a bit of tuning it will be more than enough for an old guy in his early 40s

User avatar

But even though it's a heck of a car. Something happened that made it street illegal

User avatar

PintoTurbo 130hp  13y ago

r34 was a mere concept of spongebob's pants before it went into production

@Driver

Its probably pretty simple. Do some research on GTR forums and I'm sure you can find a quick fix for the limiter. I've removed limiters from various 90's model nissans with simple & free tricks. You probably just need to clip a wire or change out a resistor.

Of course you could go the expensive route and buy a piggyback ECU or reprogramer.

Did anyone know how to remove speed limiter for this car? Cuz i just bought one of this

Go away Pedro.

User avatar

POS and increadibly ugly

I'm aware of the Z-tune. THat car has no bearing on what I was talking about though. The base R34 GTR (discussed here) will not run a sub 7:50 time around the ring in stock form with the limiter removed.

The Z-tune could probably do it, but there's no proof it has.
