I TRADED MY GT-R FOR MY 911 TURBO S...... PREFER THE TURBO S... IT'S FASTER..... I'VE TRACKED BOTH.... THE PORSCHE IS SUPERIOR...AND PURSCHE DOESN'T BELLY-ACHE ABOUT USING THE LAUNCH CONTROL, THEY INSTALLED IT TO USE IT...... I HAVE A 2015 Z28 ALSO........ I LOVE TRACKING THE CHEVROLET.... THE ROAD REPORT FROM THE CHEVY IS PHENOMINAL........... IVE TRACKED A 458 AND A 430 FERRARI... I PREFER MY CARS....

Yes Turbo/S is one of very few very fast road reliable car that is so fast and so easy to drive...i mean "easy to drive" = with 991 Turbo even decent-normal driver is able to perform realy good acceleration (on par with those achieved by magazines)...From another side 458 Italia which in general also is very easy to drive and quite comfortable - still isnt so easy to perform so well with decent driver...Mayby it has not so good Launch control ? Mayby it is simply not easy in achieving max acceleration. Mayby due to RWD. Dont know. My 2 cents...
And that is why i would take 991 Turbo over 458...

I prefer the turbo s better looking inside and out the interior of the turbo s is certainly much nicer plus the turbo s has the most reliable launch control system road and track did 50 fast standing acceleration starts with the turbo s in one test just to show how reliable it is.

Well done GTR- still quicker. Shame GTR is so chav-ugly, inside & out. Would still have the Turbo S as an all-round package.
