To chevy47, it would have been slower because you cant take corners as fast without the spoiler holding the back end down.

obviously the spoiler doesn't do much, i mean the ccr has aproxamatly the same drag coeficciant as a regular ccx (without wing). the nurburgring laptime was done by the ccx with the wing, so would it have been faster without the wing?

that guy in texas was clocked at 240.2mph, but that was the CC V8S, not the CCX, but Christian Von Koenigsegg says with a long enuff straight this car could reach between 255 to 259, but that top speed listed up there was made on the Nardo track with a headwind.

wasnt there a guy in texas that got ticketed in this car for going 248? which would mean that the top speed is more than 244.9 mph

If you think that was powerful you should drive the ZR1,or the VIPER ACR, or the GTR, all which are faster the that badly engineered car. And if it wasnt then with all that power,it should do a 3 sec 0-60 or a ring time way under what it does.

I have driven a lots of car, and i was driving the the CCX less than 10 minutes, and it was the most crazy 10 minutes of my life, the car is so insane dangerous, mad mad mad. The car is not for ordinary people, its extremely hard to drive and got no tractioncontroll. U unleash a beast every time u give it some throttle

i saw one of these at my lcal airstrp dragrace day on thursday. it was in white and it was spectacular! alot of cars showed up there. the thing i find intereting is in the ETCR, thats wha tey call the airstrip drag races, is that te stats that im reading here, are extremly slow! they have this light up oard lke they do on 14 mile drag strips, except the tell the 0-30,60,100,124,150,186 and 200, and when the car reahes on of those its desplayed onthe board so every one to see. and tat 0-186mph and 0-124mph on here ust have ben on wet tarmac?? maybe?? im not sue i just say that because the stock white CCX driven by Belliss Sudemear (also the cars owner) bltzed those times. she did a 0-150mph in 8.973 seconds and a 0-186mph in 15.964 fully stock, so im wandering wythose stats are s far off?? i just thought ide share expierence. other cars were there too, so ill share then aother time, great site btw!!!

the reason its unstable (as top gear pointed out) is the lack of downforce mixed with the insane power to weight ratio. it took 3 seconds off their lap time, and translate to the length of the ring, that means this would be doing well under 7:20. apparently the 1.3 g lateral acceleration isn't quite as farfetched as i thought it was... and awd would completely ruin the "perfect" sportscar koenigsegg created, the same reason it doesn't have smg or flappy paddles.

duuuude, i saw one in white on the drag strip today there were evo's some 430 scuds some z06's and other stock and tuned cars but this wasted all the competaters, yall should have seen the stats this thing pulled. i met the girl who was drivon it, and it was fully stock too.

Maybe this car should have an AWD option for better stability as that nurburgring time is not impressive.
