Mercedes-Benz A 45 AMG specs

Might just be me, but the first A45 is kinda underwhelming regarding the stats. The RS3 8P that came out 2 years earlier is faster, and technically even the new S3 is faster than this one

Yeah, no way in the world this car weighs less than 1.4 tons with all that equipment on board.

I had a 2014 one, I did 12.35@112mph.

0-60 4.2 and 0-100mph in 9.77

Idiots.its a typo....Dumb yanks........its not hard to work out its actually 179 KILOMETERS per hour...you know, the speed measurement used by the CIVILISED world.

Why pay so much money to get so little performance out of this car when an A250 AMG with a supersport bike in your garage can be the best combo?

I got 12.43 @114.8 mph for my1/4 mile run in my A45. 180 mph must have been downhill, with a tail wind, and using the same launch system as fighter jets use coming off an aircraft carrier....

I still call the quartermile trap number b.s. (unless it was a mistake).

The reason why it says 179 mph is I think because if someone put 111 mph as the trap speed, no one will ever find the test on Google.

179mph was probably supposed to be 179kph (111.2mph).

It was simply entered wrong. Someone will fix it.

..I am starting to like this little thing more and more, But I so wish it were a coupe instead.

Im also not totally sure, but im not sure if 4wd fits it or not, dunno.

A Bmw M135I XDrive CSL should compete with the A45 AMG GT BlackSeries and Audi RS3 Plus, if they were to make those to, it would be a hell of a battle.

But id prolly take a 1M Coupe over this, a Shame they dropped it after only 2 years.

That does sound good, damn good, better then an R8 or "Just" about any other 4Cylinder engine, but, that was also a Tuned exhaust, so its a bit unfair, but still sounds fantastic.
