So the baby Aston Vantage 517PS did 0-300km/h in 53.7 seconds verified. This model has 600PS would beat that handsomley were it not for that wing increasing drag and the extra downforce. It'd be difficult to predict quite how much by but it should slipstream into the very high 40 second bracket, without it.

I dont think its trademarked yet, I think its more suggestive influence on AM, Either way its a douche move, Next there gonna complain that another company calls there car the Turbo....

I think Aston should have gone with GT3 and said to hell with Porsche.

How can Porsche trademark "GT3" when it can be interpreted as racecar spec name. There are many different GT3 racecars in the GT3 class. Why isn't Porsche suing FIA for using their trademarked name "GT3" as racing car class name?

Yea, Thas a damn shame, Porsche pulled a bullshite move, They might as well trademark the damn RS name...I hate when company's give in to another

The car is not renamed as the Vantage GT12

Uhhhgh, WHat have they done, There doing the same thing Jaguar has done, Take a gorgeous car, And turned it ugly for track use, Shame, I mean how many people actually take Astons to track days? I dont hate it, But ruing the beautiful looks of Astons is a SUPER no no in my book, And i bet this will still get roasted by a GT3.

Im done with dissing AM already. Hope they will do good with this model.

Key factor is how it will drive, and feel on the limit. I belive that actually they can tune it pretty well with racing expirience. And that would be enough i guess.

Ofcourse it will be expensive and step behinf of 911 GT3 or Speciale. But it can have its own strong points. I hope Aton will play it out good.
