If it was for straight line acceleration why would they put an independant rear suspension in it?
Although it is too heavy, this Camaro will never touch a modded 98-02 Camaro with a live rear axle when it comes to handling.
This car is faster than the 370z on several tracks, beating '00 BMW M3's, Subaru STi's, etc...
If you say it can't handle and is for straight line acceleration than you are nothing more than a moron.

One thing I can't figure out is why Saleen thinks a Camaro guy is going to like Ford Boss (Mustang) stripes on his Camaro. Hennessy did that, too, with the Dodge "Hockey stick" (or whatever) stripes when they started making tuner Camaros, they seem to have shifted away from that lately.
