    Hey fastestlaps I just made the perfect 911 I worked on the 2019 Porsche 911 991.7 GT3 RS and the tune will be called Manthey Racing / MR Edition. I use my racing setup for Forza and the steering I got was amazing the steering gave so much feedback that I knew how much I should turn the steering wheel. And then the car was perciest and it was just perfect steering and the grip was consistent. And then coming out of a corner it put the power down like and all wheel drive car and the tune has 596 horsepower and 402 pound feet of torque!!!

    There must be faster Sebring times out there. I did a 2:20.60 my second time out in a dead stock RS and I am not a pro driver. This car should be in the high teens.

    "reworked suspension"... that and the tires are the most relevant parts
    of a car on that track. this car is un-usable on ordinary roads, ground clearance is ridicolous

    sportauto did a 1:05.8min with a slightly modified 991 GT3 RS...
    only differents

    magensium wheels (but with stock tires Michelin Pilot Sport Cup2) different brake pads (on stock brakes) reworked suspension

    stock engine
    stock exhurst
    stock body
    stock aerodynaic

     

    pretty amazing what small things effect laptimes

    being held up under power is a HUGE disadvantage on lap time.
    agreed on the power issue, over 220 the rs really starts to slow, I'm sure the enormous drag from that wing must have something to do with it...;)
    the apex speed, turn in and traction are all superb however

    Very fast lap! And it was held back by traffic in a couple spots too! But honestly, there really was a lack of grunt on the long straights. I'm surprised nobody has really done a full serious lap around Spa in the 3 hypercars

    Taking a break to share this quickly, recently, former Best Motoring host Akihiko Nakaya set a new record on Tsukuba with a stock Porsche 911 GT3 RS.
    This lap is the second fastest lap for a production car (ever) with no aftermarket upgrades, behind the Radical SR4 1.2 (1:00.29).
    Congratulations Nakaya-San!!.
    The video with the timer will be shared again here. The lap time is around 1:00.7
